Documents, made ready for the world.
We facilitate MEA apostille and embassy attestation of Indian educational, personal and commercial documents — so they're accepted without question in over 120 Hague Convention countries.
Three kinds of documents, one clean process.
Every document category follows its own verification chain before it can reach the Ministry of External Affairs. We know which route each one needs.

One document, three checkpoints, then the seal.
An apostille cannot be issued in isolation — it confirms a chain of prior verification. We manage every checkpoint on your behalf.
Document review
We check your original document, confirm which category it falls under, and identify the exact verification chain it needs — so nothing is submitted through the wrong route.
Notarisation
Where required, the document (or a true copy of it) is attested before a notary public as the first layer of authentication.
If applicableState-level authentication
Educational documents go through the State HRD department; personal documents through the SDM or Home Department; commercial documents through the Chamber of Commerce — each in the correct sequence.
MEA apostille
Once state authentication is complete, the document is submitted for apostille through the Ministry of External Affairs and its authorised channels, which affix the apostille sticker and unique identification number.
Return & delivery
Your apostilled original is checked, logged and returned to you, with status updates through every stage of the process.
Hague Convention countries — and where the route differs.
An MEA apostille is valid only in countries that are party to the 1961 Hague Convention. Documents bound for non-member countries follow a separate embassy attestation route.
Hague Convention members — apostille route
Non-member countries — embassy attestation route
Attention to the route, not just the paperwork.
Based at Bengali Market, close to Delhi's government and consular offices, we've built our process around getting the sequence right the first time.
Correct routing, every time
Educational, personal and commercial documents each follow a different chain. We identify it before anything is submitted.
Status you can track
You'll know exactly which checkpoint your document is at, instead of waiting in silence.
Originals handled with care
Your original documents are logged, secured and returned intact — nothing travels unaccounted for.
Pan-India pickup
Based in Delhi, working with individuals and businesses across the country — not only those who can walk in.
